The Miniature Schnauzer was originally used as a farm dog to hunt rats. The Mini-Scnauzer is a small size dog that is a smaller version of the regular schnauzer. It can grow to a height of 14 inches and weigh up to 28 pounds.

Like other schnauzer, it is a very smart dog that pays attention to it's surrounding. It likes to be around family and gets along with most people and other dogs.
